*Tip to Consider: Home Inspection Mistakes to Avoid
Thorough Mold Inspections
While mold might seem like a small problem, it can pose huge threats to your health and overall well-being. Living in a moldy environment has been linked to a number of illnesses that affect multiple systems of the body. Elderly individuals and children tend to be more impacted by mold, but even healthy younger adults without preexisting conditions or children should take signs of mold seriously. While getting mold inspections might seem like an unnecessary expense, it’s important to get it done as soon as you suspect there might be mold in your house, both for your well-being, the well-being of those you love, and even your house’s well-being.
When you are making sure all of that comes first, and you are safe, your priorities are in the right place. You need to put your health first. Living a healthy lifestyle is one part of staying well, but maintaining a healthy environment is an important part of maintaining wellness. Many people forget how crucial it is to minimize environmental health hazards. A mold inspection is a key step to staying healthy, even if it seems like a hassle sometimes.
As mold inspectors, our job is to spot the mold and confirm that the discolored or oddly textured area in your house is actually mold. We give you the information you need to make informed decisions for putting your health first while treating the mold in your home. Unfortunately, we do not treat mold or get rid of it. We also don’t make recommendations on how to prevent mold from spreading. That task is best left up to professionals who take care of mold in residential properties for a living.

We Notice the
Little Things
A home is more than just an investment. It is a place for security and peace of mind. Hidden defects can mean long term additional costs, which means financial and personal losses. A "The Housedoctors" inspection will disclose defects and ensure the quality of your investment before you purchase.

Be Confident In Your Property Transaction
Professional home inspections and the reports they provide are an invaluable educational service. The things you learn (always try to accompany the inspector) about the house during the inspection will help you make the most important decision, whether to buy your home or not and teach you to care for it as long as you live in that home.

In business since 1994, we have the experience, training, and equipment to thoroughly and professionally handle all your inspection needs!
